Why Battery Light On But Alternator Is Charging. This means the alternator is supplying enough power to charge the battery. I tried several alternators one being new and put in a new battery and a new belt.

Check Charging System Output. You should carefully tap the alternator with a hammer when the car is running in order to test the levels and determine if the alternator is at fault. I did not replace the alternator belt and it has good tension on it. I checked the fuses and they look good still.
